Using the latest in technology in the Imed Pen, the microneedling procedure delivers 2,200 microchannels per second. The micro-injuries created by the ultra-fine needles spurs collagen growth, essential for healing and rejuvenating the skin.
Designed to improve the skins overall health and appearance, microneedling treats fine lines and wrinkles, signs of ageing skin, pigmentation, enlarged pores, uneven skin tone/texture, targeted to improve rosacea, scarring, stretch marks and skin laxity.
By creating microchannels into the skin, a HA serum can be delivered deeper into the skin for maximum results. At Mejorar clinic the product Glide is used. This is a triple weighted HA delivering three different HA molecular weights to help restore the condition of the skin.
This treatment requires little downtime, some redness may occur. A cooling gel mask is applied following the treatment and most importantly, a hydrating serum and SPF 30 cream to protect the skin.
